Using the Processor:
1. Put the Hand Crank Food Processor on a flat surface and remove the lid.
2. Fit the blades or stirring paddle into place.
Note: Blades are extremely sharp, use caution.
3. Put the food to be processed into the bowl.
4. Place the lid and turn the crank handle to rotate the blades and cut the food.

Using the Mandoline:
1. Put the Hand Crank Food Processor on a flat surface and fit the Mandoline lid.
2. Choose your desired blade from the included blade pack.
3. Fit your desired blade in place by sliding into the compartment on the lid.
4. Prepare your fruits or vegetables. Place the flat side of the fruit or vegetables
to be sliced on the spikes of the food holder.
5. Hold the Hand Crank Food Processor firmly with on hand. With your other hand,
hold the top of the food holder. Slide the food holder down across the blades.

* For best results, use a steady downward motion for precise and consistent slicing. *

11. Operate the food processor/mandoline on a sturdy, dry surface.
